[Lowfer] Testing Modes

"I DLed  the files and also a demo decoder program. The decoder wouldn't 
accept the mp3 files.
So I got a trial version of  cool edit and converted the files to wav 
files. Not able to decode a thing :-)
I would like to know what program everyone is using for PSK31??

	I like the original Digipan best, but have used most of the rest.  I
use Multipsk for beaconing in spite of the fact that it sometimes seems
as if it didn't all get translated into English....  But it does work
and has PSKAM10 to play with; I don't know of anything else which does.
