	Several of us here in Southern California want to see what we can do
with PSK31 on VLF.  Dave Curry, PLI/WD4PLI has had a beacon on 183.5 but
it's down for work.  At the moment I have my IZJ beacon is running on
181.18 +/- drift, as the transmitter is a down converter from 80 meters
and the crystal in it is very ordinary and at least 50 years old.

	Unfortunately, none of us are programmers of the sort needed and would
like to find someone to do our work for us!  Circuits si, programming
no.
