Heavy wetish snow and a inch or so of  radial ice/snow means the beacon is 
occasionally tripping on VSWR.

Weather keeps on changing. 2.5 Amps aerial current at the moment for 270 DC 
input - and another new 6 inches of the white stuff.

Still very poor long range...Im beginning to sound like a tape loop.
