Yeah. All this loop measurement confusion stems the resonating capacitor, 
the conductor AC loss, the soil, and some tree loss thrown in (the last two 
varying according to the weather) .... and then the loss in the currrent 
measurement device. Luckily I cut my 'loop teeth' on the Lowfer band and 
didn't start out at 1700k!
