[Lowfer] WM too bright!

Im looking hard! Just checked the 185Khz screens but they were all clear but 
lightning QRN was high - Im guessing from the Pacific but havent checked the 
web page, and even now at 0600 its kicking high so must be West/SW of me.

We continue to have bright Aurora so long haul still depressed up here Im 
afraid. Steve SL and I are getting a little depressed with long haul 
conditions. We need an Iono equivalent of a blue lamp to get rid of SAD 
(Seasonal Auroral Disorder)...
