This is not so straightforward, as a (presumably) fixed time differences
between the two channels
of course translates into a phase difference variable with the
frequency, but it can be done. This
will require a redesign of the software NCO, which, as it is now, has
two outputs with fixed 90 degrees
phase difference.
The problem is that I don't have such a bad behaved sound card, so I
must rely on someone who
does for testing. Do you have any data on that time difference ? Is that
fixed, or is it depending
on the sampling rate ? How much variation there is among different brands ?
