There is a good one to start with on that same page I sent you with the LF 
converter on it ... just scroll up.  There are LowFER, MedFER, and HiFER 
circuits on that same page.

All are simple but very effective.  I built that LowFER at the tail of 
last season and was heard all over the country.  Built the HiFER later 
this year with same results.

Now I'm using a direct digital synthesis exciter to generate LF RF and you 
may want to go to one eventually.  If so, I can show you where the circuit 
is.
