I've tried to look for BCY as well, with no result. Please keep in mind that
an Argo 30 second screen is only 6 Hz wide. 20 Hz is not a little drift! If
you want to use these slow keying speeds, frequency stability is your first
concern. Those of us who use direct crystal control (as opposed to a
synthesizer) start with crystals in the MHz range, and divide down to
160-190 kHz. A halfway decent AT cut crystal should be fine. If the crystal
must be out at the antenna base and subject to wide temperature variations,
you might try the PTC thermistor arrangement suggested in Lyle Kohler's
transmitter articles. See:
http://www.computerpro.com/~lyle/

Many of us keep the frequency-generating stuff in the house, and cable the
signal at low level out to the final amplifier at the antenna feedpoint.

In the interim, you should probably stick with a faster keying speed. I'd
suggest QRSS3, which has a 100 Hz wide Argo window. Your range will be more
limited, but people will stand a better chance of finding you.
