[Lowfer] Beacon BCY

The beacon has been running continiously for over 24 hours and I see 
little drift on my ARGO screen. The frequency is holding at 173.773 KHz, 
so I am going to leave it that way for now.
With my Kenwood reciever at 173.8, ARGO shows the "Line" around 1230 Hz 
as seen here

If  anyone wants to try to capture BCY, It will be left on tonight
Since I changed frequency , I will probably see if I need to readjust my 
final PA tomorrow.
