Cleaver, using U.S. currency for qsl-ing, and if using only a one
dollar variety, that's really practical, John.

I'm one of those that goggles and talks up clever car license plates,
like UD LOSE (on a Corvette), TNKS DAD, EX MRS 1 ... well, radio calls
have the same effect. Instantly liked USA when it first became known,
TEXAS was another. So (where's this leading?) having Paul use a currency
of his choice (he has two suggestions now) is a small "licensing fee" he
should make to all of us the citizen QSL-ers for also using the Peoples
currency banner as an abbreviation.

 'nuf said. Paul owes.

Pay Peter.

Paul,

> Since a good number of reports and captures of "USA" have been
received
by the operator, I was wondering, what is the accepted QSLing
practice?

The procedure is very simple:

1. Go to the bank. Get a stack of $20.00 bills (new or old -- they both
say
"United States of America" on the back).

2. Mail one to each person reporting a U.S.A. reception.

3. If a person reports "fuzzy" characters on your signal, send them a
blurred photocopy of the $20.00 bill.
