Paul,

> Since a good number of reports and captures of "USA" have been received
by the operator, I was wondering, what is the accepted QSLing practice?

The procedure is very simple:

1. Go to the bank. Get a stack of $20.00 bills (new or old -- they both say
"United States of America" on the back).

2. Mail one to each person reporting a U.S.A. reception.

3. If a person reports "fuzzy" characters on your signal, send them a
blurred photocopy of the $20.00 bill.
