[Lowfer] Skywave USA, and Bills comment

Just for the record, I saw no improvement whatsoever with the fix that Paul
had made.  The signal still looks the way it did "FM'ing".  I don't know
what the DX is to Paul's QTH.  What's your locator, Paul?
