Well folks, I have installed the exciter unit in a different enclosure 
that hopefully will stop the transmitter from drifting off frequency. I 
have placed the beacon on 173.773 KHz. ( that's what the frequency 
counter shows at least)
I just have placed the beacon back on line and I currently have ARGO 
monitoring for any
drift. Im hopeful it will no longer drift, but time will tell.
I kept my fingers crossed last night that the antenna would stay in 
place since we had winds over
60 MPH , it was the first time it had to endure strong winds and it held 
up just fine.
