Paul,

Glad to see you are picking up my reports. JJ sent me a capture and he is 
also seeing a lot of vertical distortion. Will send you a copy of some 
extremes later.

Right now USA is not so strong and very broken up with random FM distortion 
covering about 3 Hz. Earlier tonight you were much like a normal QRSS 
signal.
