[Lowfer] Poor Conditions last night

I was disappointed with last nights copy being it was down to 25 here.
Very high noise level on 1704 saw nothing from USA here. Same with
Eric nothing seen. Maybe Monday night will be better?

The only bright spot was WM & VD! Both had good copy on a few
occasions. at 0100 AM and 0416 EST.
