Mike, there's more length to the ground wire - it's about 25 ft long. If I
used a simple connection to a coax feed line it wouldn't work that well
because of the large impedance mismatch (10k to 75 ohm) and this would cause
the sensitivity to be rather rather low. Therefore I use a transformer with
a 50 to 4 ratio at the juncture of the 18' wire and ground wire.
