[Lowfer] WEB on a "software" receiver

In answer to some of the questions about my activities this season, I'm
still around although I don't have a transmitting antenna. I have been
getting the LowFER reflector messages in daily digest form, and still
tinkering and occasionally listening even though I'm not transmitting.

The latest project (started yesterday) is a *really* simple receiver using a
downconverter into a sound card, with DL4YHF's Spectrum Lab software acting
as a DSP IF. Details of the receiver, along with a WAV file of WE and a
