[Lowfer] BCY Beacon

I got it installed today on a 100 MHz desktop I got for nothing. I 
should the beacon on this evening. I am concerned the transmitter is 
drifting off frequency and I have changed freqency to 169.4 KHz however 
for some reason it appears right now to be 169.450 KHz as I look at it 
using spectan4 . I am monitoring it to see if it drifts off frequency. 
If it does I am thinking it is due to temperature changes in the 
building were it is located.
