[Lowfer] new guy troubles Argo...

Hey All,

I installed Argo last night and dialed up on the Lowfer band...
left it running on 180.383 khz and didn't get nuthin'...

65' wire @ 25'AGL
Icom IC-718
200 MHZ Pen 1 IBM

I know my input works because my Mscan Metero Pro marine software was 
decoding NAVTEX on 516.35 khz USB...

suggestions?

What is the new guy doing wrong?
