Thanks, Gary.  Yes, my inquiry got posted to the reflector pretty quickly.
Only about 15 minutes transit time from the time stamps at this end, and a
mere five minutes after my message Re: BCY, sent 19 HOURS earlier, showed
up.

Glad to see things are moving in the system again, although I don't seem to
have received quite all the backlog yet.

About e-mail time stamps...the outbound server marks mail with UTC time, but
generally the recipient's e-mail system converts it to local time at that
end.  That's why mail I sent at 2:12 PM Eastern was time stamped
11-something at your end.
