Let me say that I apologize to Eric and to the readers of this reflector
for sending the mesage intended for Eric to the reflector.  However,
nothing in my message is new, and all I have done, which has been done
before, is to say "the king is in his birthday suit," if you know what I
mean.
 Anyway,  my intention is to comply with the transmission line part of
rule 15 by putting my amplifier at the base of the antenna, but I need to
get an 8 pin DIN plug (I hate those things)for the trnsverter jack of the
TS-940.  Not available at Radio Shck so it will take a while to get it. As
for Lowfer and Medfer operations, I think there is such a thing as common
law based on tradition.  Our activities are a good example of it.  As I
have told others, I am not critical of anyone who operates within our
common law practices.  For that matter, I'm not critical of anyone,
period.  I just want to know what they're using and want them to know what
I'm using in order the evaluate the results.   I am not a purist, but I do
like to be honest.
