[Lowfer] BCY Beacon

My Lowfer beacon BCY on 169.130 KHz went off air last night.. The 
problem appears to be
the dell laptop that controls the transmitter.It went through 15 cycles 
then quit. I didn't realize it until I got up this morning. I restarted 
the computer and left for work. After I got home it again was off air. I 
checked the computers settings and it looks OK. The beacon is back on 
and I will be monitoring it closely this evening to see what the problem 
is. I have another old dell 75 MHz I can use if it goes down again.
