[Lowfer] "CO" medfer will continue on 1704.8

I figured out how to comply with part 15 without taking my Honda generator
and the TS-940 out to the base of the antenna.  You know, those mountain
goats will eat anything!  The TS-940 has low level transverter output.  My
xtal controlled medfer 2N2222 transmitter is on 1695 KHz.  No good. But I
can easily modify the 2N2222 to be the amplifier at the base of the
antenna.  I have 12 volts running to relays near by so the project should
only take an hour or two.  If I have time, "CO" will return tonight
without all that attenuation from 150' of coax!
