No papers here. I emailed him some encouraging info right from his employer
that should change his decisions. He is a very nice person on the phone; he
just was misinformed about his employer's actions and I wasn't on the ball
with info to change his way of thinking. Now I am informed and ready to do
battle.

Other than a weenie on the phone has anyone gotten a letter
from the FCC indicating the process has stopped
or was the weenie just fed up with all the extra paperwork HAR
