Sure can ... in approx 0.08 Hz steps.  FYI John Reed measured my freq at 
137781.020, and not the advertised 137781.1.

Please, you tell me -- give me a freq where I'd fit in nicely and I'll 
move there as soon as I get home from work.  I'm going to have to hook 
that modem up to my exciter so I can make these changes from work!

Anyway, if you'd make a suggestion I'll move there as soon as I get home 
from work.
