I have a United Telecontrol Electronics ME-71C/FCC tunable audio level 
meter available for sale. I also have a copy of the tech manual 
(TM11-2151) with all schematics and a copy of the June 1989 "Monitoring 
Times" article that describes the unit with suggestions on how to 
utilize it as a lowfer receiver.

The unit was purchased locally from a fellow who says it was functional 
(I bought several pieces of gear from him several years ago and all were 
operating as described) but I've had it stored in the garage since and 
see no point at which I might utilize the gear. I would regard the meter 
as in cosmetically very good condition. Asking what I paid...$25.00 plus 
shipping from 89429.
