[Lowfer] Misread freq. on MEDFER

Folks,

I am sorry, I was misreading the LCD in the poor lighting in the shack.
It's actually 1704.00 Khz.  Without the proper lighting the LCD are very
hard to read especially for these old eyes!!

tentional radiator uses a permanently attached antenna, in which case com-
pliance shall be demonstrated by measuring the radiated emissions.
