[Lowfer] frequency measurements

I see...Lowfer techniques working well as usual. Good job nabbing all of the
signals. 70 miles is pushing it for direct wave on 15. I did some 15 meter
aurora SSB back in the late '80's with a friend who was past my ground wave.

Gotta tell you... I'm about 70 miles from W1AW, and that 15 meter signal was
pretty watery. Not sure how I pulled that one off. In any case, it was a
darn sight easier than the old days when I used an interpolation oscillator.
Argo did a very nice job.
