Thanks for the list. I just opened my 17th edition Antenna Book (1994; the
one that identifies a 6db gain by using a ground screen) and see I have
identified some of the references at the end of the chapter on loop antennas
that look promising. It appears the lowest band covered in any of these
articles, however, is 160M and unfortunately some of the rules don't apply
at low frequencies.
I'll see if I can add to your list.
