Nice capture Jay. Currently (no pun intended) 6.8Amps
phlowing in the loop. Very, very stable requiring only tiny increments of
tuning from rain to sun and from day to night, and usually I don't have to
make adjustments from one day to next.
Thanks for taking the time to send the jpeg.

Very, very sorry to hear of the 136 decision. I hope some serious and well
planned effort can initiate some kind of review to reverse the action very
soon.
