shop around for a push up mast. It will need guyd and can be done with
rope. Just plant it on top of a coke bottle to insulate it from the
ground and
run a wire up to provide continuity and then you have a 40/50 foot
mast/antenna
Rat shack has them as well as other TV antenna supply houses

On Eric's need for more ant height ... Presently he uses a joined
pvc-piped pole support. He has found that getting it from horz. to vert.
by lifting and having another pull a center guy rope is about the limit
at the present 30 foot height.
One solution was that mentioned by Bryce of Lancaster, IL, in a yearago
issue of LowDown. Seems he was hampered by raising his monopole by
himself and devised a "gimmick" to aid him. It consisted of another
"tower" near the one he wanted to erect, it worked as a Sky Hook, as it
were. This gimmick was actually a "gin pole" that was used to attach
pulling ropes to several sections of the LF pole and helped to raise it.
I believe it was a multi stepped process of pulling the top guy, pulling
the center guy, over and over. This seemed to offer him some control in
the raising and eliminated the "noodle" effect that reportedly Eric
experienced w/ his 30-footer. (Note, the ants.' counter guys were
pre-attached.)
The gin pole need only be sufficient height to accommodate the pulling
ropes, and possibly a supported 20 footer would do. Such a "stick" could
be made from tall 2X4s, possibly ladder braced and affixed w/ a few eyes
or pulleys for the ropes. Of course this pole also would need its own
guys.
Does that seem plausible for your needs, Eric?
