My info came from a seminar that some Air Force folks gave to hams at a New
England convention some years ago. Hams were complaining about an
Over-The-Horizon radar that they were building in Maine. They had a chart
that purported to show how bad certain frequencies are on the human body.
*AS I REMEMBER IT* the worse exposures (at any given power level) were above
30 Mhz and below the broadcast band.
I also seem to remember this being an issue some distance from HAARP also.
Anyway, that's were I got it from.
