[Lowfer] LF radiation hazards

As far as I know, the primary "radiation" hazard on LF occurs if you get
your fingers too close to the hot side of the loading coil. Then your body,
at least your fingertips, might absorb an excessive amount of radiation :-)
However, the same is true of a 75 meter mobile whip with a 100 watt
transmitter. Anything above the loading coil is off limits if you don't
wanna get burned. Basically any electrically short vertical is a variation
of the Tesla coil.

LF loops are much lower impedance devices than verticals, but if I'm doing
the right calculations in my head, at power levels of a few hundred watts
there could be a several kilovolts across parts of the loop circuit. You
don't want to get your fingers in there, either.
