Looks like you are headed in the right direction. What's the status of the 
ground system? Also, do you have a number for your total system AC 
resistance? That number is the best gauge I know of to determine what 
improvements need to be made. It's the equivilent of the AC resistance of 
the loop (assuming we loopers are all the same size).  Is that PC enough JA?
