Considering that the bottom few octaves of the allocated RF spectrum are too
noisy for the BPL folks to use conveniently, and the security-slackard
electric folks are so concerned about their magical, ancient PLC systems
that they don't want *any* other users down here...seems to me the biggest
danger to continued Part 15 operation (or any other kind) would be if
somebody actually _did_ cause deliberate interference in the 160-190kHz
range and thereby give the electric utilities more ammunition to use against
all of us.
