[Lowfer] Argo V1 build 134 problem?

V1 build 134 seemed to install okay. On initial fire up the Argo GUI comes up
but then it is followed by:

Access violation at address 0048432C in module 'Argo.exe'. Read of address
FFFFFFFF.

CTRL+ALT+DEL required to shut Argo down and clear the message. Running a PII
450 & Win98SE. Have older Argo versions on the system in separate folders.
Also, had Norton running on during the install.
