Good show! Looks like this is working.

I just came across a simple way of getting into the 136-137 band by adding a 
switch to divide the xtal freq by 26 instead of 28. This would put me at 
137.67 but it could be very near to Mitch's 137.78, depending on the trimmer 
adjustment. BTW, this is a 3.579545 color sub carrier Xtal in case anyone is 
planning to build a simple exciter.

Will let you guys know what the plan will be for any change from 127.851 but 
will switch back to QRSS60 in about 20min.
