This my E-field antenna that uses the conductivity of a tree as the 
receptor. A matching transformer steps the tree Z of 10 kohms down to the 75 
ohm lead-in. The tree can be used (I think) in reverse as a transmitting 
antenna. Should require no tuning over a wide range of frequencies.
