It only takes a milliamp or so THRU the heart to stop it and you will then
be dead in what....4-5 minutes at most? The best way to do this is put one
hand on a grounded surface and touch the point of high voltage with the
other. Once the relatively high skin resistance is broken down, the
internal body parts conduct rather well. And hundreds of volts will do
that.....it does not take 10's of 1,000 of volts.
Now, you can also die driving your car or taking a bath (if you slip and
fall ;-) I am not saying everyone should shutdown and destroy their
transmitters, just that you have to be really, really careful playing with
toys that can kill you. Treat it like a pet rattlesnake.....never assume it
won't bite you and never, ever turn your back or let down your guard.
