I need to sit down and work this all out again. Did it back in the winter,
and managed to throw the papers away. Duh.

Basically, you start by calculating the radiation resistance, and then
calculating the antenna current (which is dominated by the loss resistance).
At that point, you can figure the radiated power, and go from there to
far-field E or H readings. While you get killed by the "wavelength to the
4th power" term in calculating the loop radiation resistance, the losses are
actually lower at 136 than 185, and you make up for a little of that.
