After seeing Lloyd's clearer views of Bill - I would propose that I am not
seeing the "top" portion of Bill's signal. In fact, the weaker signal at 300
would be the "top" portion of Bill's shifted signal.....
and if 300.3 is U W L (?) he has a nice signal here.
I will look at the 5:08AM capture and try some enhancement.
