[Lowfer] UWL -- It's in there!

Apparently the Noise Floor LowFER list was missing UWL for the first few
days Eric's beacon was on the air, due to an accidental double dose of VD at
185.301.  Sorry about that!

However, UWL *was* in the corresponding LowFER list at the LWCA.org site
from the first day, as has been the basic operator contact info.  Eric has
been very conscientious about getting the info out.  So, as the spaghetti
sauce commercial used to say, "It's in there!"

As we reach the time of year when many beacons will be changing modes or
hours, or leaving the air altogether for the season, please bear in mind the
usual reminder:  Let us know your plans promptly, either through
part15@lwca.org or the EZ Updater Web page.  We're getting closer to the day
when both lists and the print version will be even better synchronized.
