Hi Eric:
Just got home at 3 pm (EST) and saw you e-=mail - but it looks like
Lyle has helped with the coil information.

I just re-calculated the formula for your coil and mine.
For your coil it's 2.4 mH and mine is 2.05 mH.

I think something had been left from the formula - ( like x 1000 )

This will give the answer in uH....
L ( uH) =

          (N.D)^2
   _____________________
 (0.46 D + 1.02 G ) x 1000

G = 258.8 mm
D = 575.1 mm
N = 63

            ( 63 * 575.1 )^2
=     ----------------------------------------
    ( 0.46 * 575.1 ) + ( 1.02 * 258.8 ) * 1000

=  2483 uH  or 2.4 mH

I worked the same formula and kept getting the 2 million uH - and
then realized that something had to be missing in the formula that
was in that original e-mail.
Now we both can get the correct answers - thanks for the heads-up.
