Could you help me with that please, Lyle? The amount of inductance
needed? I WAS using the antenna models with no trouble BEFORE I build my
antenna, but now that I have built it, I'm doing something wrong. Here
are the antenna details:

30' high (22 gauge wire)

Tophat:

8 x 4' radials (4 x 5/16", 4 x 22 gauge)
4 skirts (22 gauge) at 1', 2', 3' and 4' radius.

You can see a picture of it at
http://www.nutstreet.net/radio/projects/lowfer/

Thanks in advance! I am SO close to being on the air -- I sure appreciate
your help with this last little bit. If you'll tell me about what I'll
need, I'll wind it. Of course it'll have taps and a variometer for fine
tuning, but if you can help me get close...

THANK YOU!!

Eric
