[Lowfer] LEARNING THE CODE

Bill,

You must be looking at the "Actual Character Speed" not the "Effective
Code Speed".  The program will send as slow as 3 wpm.  Code elements are
very long at 3 wpm.  Learning with long element times makes it harder to
gain speed.
