I learned the code when I was 20 years old. It definitely was easier to
learn then but I had to get 20wpm to get the Extra back then.

Actually you may have a point!
I seem to have a lot more trouble learning things now
then when I was a teen! I have been attributing it to stress
and not age but now I am wondering?
But I doubt that you are as old as I am :-)
Years ago I worked with a lot of very talented software programmers
only one of which had his ticket the others claimed they
were not able to learn the code no matter how hard they tried.
My father started drilling cw into me when I was about 8!
Are they going to require a General Class Ticket for ops on 137?
