Hi Bill:
Very poor conditions last night. IP did not appear, and your signal
only popped up twice during the entire midnight - dawn period.
Lots of QRN at midnight - but just let ARGO do its thing.
Conditions to the East coast beacons ( NDBs ) were quite good though,
with QI (206) at Yarmouth, Nova Scotia,  a nice S 7.
