It's Bradley Graham, who also runs the HS Lowfer beacon.  I have emailed the
address to you separately, and will provide it off-list for anyone who wants
it.

I got a very nice letter from him last winter when I reported reception of
HS. No high-tech for him -- he uses a motor with auto breaker points to key
the transmitters. That's why both call signs only use dots.
