Hifer RY went back on the air today (June 8), unfortunately on the same
13555.41 kHz that MP chose! Mitch: I can't do anything about that until next
weekend. According to my notes, that was the frequency I used last year, and
I had no Internet access up there this weekend to see your message. The good
news is that RY drifts a lot, so we won't collide for long.

Thanks to Steve McDonald for the first RY report of the season. RY is in
Raymond, Maine (FN43sv). Current format is QRSS3.

I also copied YEN in Maine on 13558.03 kHz at 0015 UTC on the 8th. PBJ was
visible on 13557.71 kHz this morning at 1315 UTC. No other Hifers were seen.
I'm a little to close to GA to see him reliably from that site.

TAG was in PSKAM10 mode all weekend. From the receiving location in Maine,
the morning copy was almost perfect. Things degenerated during the
afternoons on both days, and overnight copy was spotty at best. I remember
that Jason was better than this, though at a slower data rate. Will try
Jason next weekend to confirm that. But as a potential QSO format, this BPSK
stuff is cool.
