Following some comments on the list from Ed Phillips, I decided to look into
the PSKAM10 mode that he has mentioned. It turns out to be available on a
program called "Multipsk" written by F6CTE. The program can be downloaded
at:
http://members.aol.com/f6cte/ as "MULTIPSK.ZIP".

PSKAM10 appears to be a BPSK format at MS100, giving a 10 baud rate. It
sounds like WOLF or MS100 BPSK when transmitted, and the bandwidth is quoted
as 40 Hz. According to the help file, it uses interleaving, with each
character transmitted twice at an interval of five characters. The decoding
is done in real-time, not with .wav files.

TAG is presently transmitting a long text file in this PSKAM10 mode on
185.800 kHz. The Multipsk program has some oddities, but it does seem to run
OK. Let me know if you try it.
